Hello, my name is Terry Powers Jr. I am a 41 year old native of Virginia Beach, VA. I've been drawing since an early child. When I would watch cartoons or read comics, I would then try to replicate them on paper. Along with comics and cartoons another source of inspiration for me are fairy tales, spirituality, the natural and supernatural. My medium of choice is typically pencil and acrylic paints on canvas, but from time to time I like to dabble in pencil/ink or photography. The world is already a colorful, beautiful place. I just like to reflect what I see, both inside my head and with my eyes, onto canvas. To give people something to think about, something to dream about and something to inspire them is the reason I do what I do....I hope you enjoy! God Bless.
